Review of Antique in Terroraiser

That's a very strange release. It is difficult to characterize it in two words, probably CD "Book One" is better to define as soundtrack in darkwave/ambient/gothic with elements doom/death style and classic passages. Every composition contains new mood, new feelings, new emotions. However the material is quite monotonous. Being original and non-standard, the album is too abstruse, and in my opinion this release cannot be regarded as successful. Review of Shiva in Terrorraiser Magazine

Well, it seems that ethno metal project BETRAY MY SECRETS wasn't enough to satisfy the creativity of Stefan Hertrich (DARKSEED) or I have no idea how to explain the release of "Ethnic". As well as for the record of BETRAY MY SECRETS Stefan invited one of his good friends Christian Bystron (MEGAHERZ) for mixing of the album. Dr. Phil Christian Ratsch - German writer also joined this warm company to record percussion in Liven. Music of "Ethnic" varies from new age to world ambient with gothic elements. Forgotten rhythms of shamanic dances, oriental tunes of tropic woods, mystic female voices - welcome to the ethnic odyssey! In a year this album won prestigious USA award Just Plain Folks as "The best album in new age/world music style".
