Tracking Services

Tracking is the process of recording the music as played, sung, and sequenced by the musicians. The tracking technician is the musical link between the performers and the mixing technician.

At its most basic it involves setting up microphones, lots of cabling, and pressing a record/stop/rewind button at frequent intervals. Moreso it involves correctly selecting and positioning microphones as to best capture the sound that represents the artist and gives the widest range of flexiblity to the mixing technician.

Presently we offer tracking services only to Trostlos Records projects.
